Our excellent partnerships with Okuno Chemical Industries and Kiesow Dr. Brinkmann have led to our adoption of a range of Japanese and Europe techniques designed to ensure and improve quality. For example, we engage in a huge amount of quantitative analysis and data mining work designed to continuously improve our product line.

Our production staff possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in production procedures and are equipped with highly advanced and efficient machines for surface-finishing chemicals, including both solutions and powder products. Our aim is to respond to customer requirements proactively, rapidly and effectively. While quality assurance is achieved through rigorous raw materials inspection, process controls, laboratory procedures and final inspection before delivery.
Our logistics teams are experts in the purchasing and supply of raw materials from local and international sources. Inventory control and transportation procedures are supervised and coordinated by highly experienced logistics officers to ensure that products can be delivered to customers efficiently and on time. Our global network of logistics experts means we can support our customers wherever they are in the world, and whatever time zone they operate in.
